Applications are invited for the role of Administrator to cover maternity leave for an initial period of six months for a leading public services organisation in Truro.
The principal responsibility of the role is to provide a full range of administrative support to a number of individuals and teams. Providing a high level of customer focused administration services, the successful applicant will be part of a team that ensures the smooth day to day running of individuals, teams and units.
Applicants must have proven skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products and a demonstrable ability to gather information from a number of sources and present that information in an appropriate manner. The successful candidate must have good planning and organising skills, proven ability to work effectively without close supervision and excellent customer care skills, with a proven ability to meet customer expectations.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake role specific training as indicated in the Role Profile.
